Dayton Daily News reporter Josh Sweigart, reports that a charity local to Dayton, who also had a presence on facebook, misused donations meant for Incarcerated Soldiers. Cari Johnson, the owner of the organization, signed an agreement with the attorney general’s office to cease operations.
