Lobo A Disabled Army Veteran from East San Jose, California is asking for help finding his lost Service dog, Lobo. Jeff Wilson, the Veteran, says Lobo ran off after he got spooked earlier this week. He was last seen near Berryessa Avenue in East San Jose.The Army veteran works with Operation Freedom Paws, an organization that rescues dogs from shelters then pairs them with disabled veterans.
